Another question on back linking...
Back linking is no easy task and time consuming, for what I have learned. But surely there is an easier way to get back links without using black hat strategies. Does anyone know of a white hat way?

What I understand from Google webinars, don't be real concerns about back links. Don't go out of your way to get them. let it be natural. Google has some idea of how many backlinks a site like yours should have over time. If you have way too many, Google good ban you from their search engine results pages. - and that would not be bad news.
Note that I'm not saying to ignore backlinks. If you have a reason to link to an authority site, by all means do! I try to make reference to my article source and do place a backlink to their article on their site.

You can focus in your content. If it is high quality articles, you can naturally earn link. So it's hard to do that. Yeah, i believe there is no easy way to get backlink
