Hi

Can I use a brand name in a domain name? or is this not allowed?

Hi fable666

Stay away from Bran name domains. Even variations. It could get you into a lawsuit. An example would be say Sears Co. has the domain www.sears.com, but you see that www.sears_Me.com is available, you could buy it - yes. But beware that Sears could possibly slap a lawsuit against you for having their name in your domain.

Note - this is my understanding, but I'm only going by hear say and don't know for a fact!
