Disclaimers

Postby vzerbee » Fri Jan 22, 2016 7:49 pm

Hello. As an affiliate marketer I am wondering how you keep up with staying compliant with what is required in terms of disclaimers and similar information on your websites. Is there a certain template you use on disclaimer, terms of service, privacy, etc pages? Do you need all of these to be separate pages?

Thanks,

Vicki

Question along the same lines; I always just follow the format that the bigger name companies are doing. Many seem to have the individual links at the bottom of their site, though I do see some near the top. I would assume if you have a link on the front page (or is it every page?) you are okay?

But can you get in trouble just copying their terms and re editing to your own?
