Marcus, I am planning on getting paid traffic from Facebook, Google, Bing. I have already scoped out the keywords I am going to use, do not wish to post here for obvious reasons. I just need to know if my site is strong enough, before I start sending traffic.

its hard to say without the keywords but i can give an idea based on what i am seeing...

if you are going for the words "cost of website" to me the site does not look like it will convert well.

1. your header space is way to large causing them to have to scroll down to get to anything meaningful
2. your website does not clearly and directly answer the question in the users mind and you are assuming they know what webhosting and all those other things are...
3. the banners are not sufficient enough to sell the hosting.
4. the banner for siteground isn't an affiliate link so you wont even get paid on that one
5. the opt in box does not have a clear and defined purpose

my 2 cents... its definitely not ready for prime time traffic :(

Marcus,

Thank you for your feedback, I will address the issues and get back with you. Again, many thanks.

As for the link from Siteground.

The banner for siteground has an affiliate link via an onclick (JS) reference in the href tag. I will have Siteground take a look at it none the less, I had the same concern at first but then I saw the onclick function in the code and I knew what they were doing. However, if someone has JS turned off that could be an issue. The link was cut and pasted directly from Siteground.

Sincerely,

Richard

Marcus,

What I will also do - as I think it would help a lot of people, is take screenshot's of the way the website looks now AND how it looks in the future (when you say "hey, that looks great, Richard" ;)), that way people can see how I came to the right place.

Sincerely,

Richard
